Claremont’s Economy Shop at 325 West First Street, is a non-profit thrift store. It is managed and staffed entirely by volunteers. All proceeds are granted to local organization that help area residents needing assistance.
The Shop welcomes community volunteers and donations of clean clothing, household goods, jewelry, furniture and books donations of new or used good quality clothing, books, toys, dish ware, small appliances, household furnishings and decorative items. All merchandise that does not sell in a timely manner is distributed to other non-profit charities.
